Baggage Claims

In the case your baggage is damaged or lost in transport, you can file a complaint.

In the baggage claim area, there is a contact phone for a Handling employee who will draw up a report with the passenger on the damage or non-delivery of the baggage. This protocol also includes a reference number and a contact for further communication. The way undelivered baggage is handled depends on the conditions of the particular airline.

In the event of a complaint made after leaving the airport, the airline must be contacted directly no later than 7 days after arrival.
