The airport offers those interested, especially schools, guided tours around its premises. It is possible to learn about the main activities and services of an international airport with the external Schengen border, which also offers the handling of passengers and flights headed outside the Schengen Area. You will see from up close the equipment and facilities of the security screening performed before departure, a modern fire station and means of intervention used within the airport area in case of fire or aircraft accident, aircraft handling equipment and, last but not least, vehicles used for maintenance of airport operating areas.
